Designed and developed all branding and content for team training programs and learning modules, collaborating with key subject matter experts within the company.

Designed and launched training programs and feedback loops, including a monthly two-week new hire program and a self-guided Learning Management System with over 50 modules using Articulate Rise/360, streamlining onboarding and enhancing team readiness and engagement.
