Website Design & Content: COVID-19 RI Emergency Dental Alliance

Problem: The shutdown of the COVID pandemic left dentists, dental teams, and patients with limited options for dental care due to infection control concerns.
Solution: Several practices in the Providence, Rhode Island area came together to form a network of dental practice locations where Rhode Island residents could book an appointment for emergency dental care and immediate treatment. Each practice and team followed all safety guidelines to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 spread.
The Work: I was asked to create the brand, design the logo and visual aspects, create all content, and build and launch a website to host the message, allow patients to contact the alliance to book an appointment, access Patient Advisory information, and pre-screening requirements, provide a list of dental treatment services offered, and educate patients on recommendations for at-home care should they experience a dental emergency during the shutdown. This project required a quick timeline and turnaround, required few revisions, and was active for the alliance during the entire COVID shutdown and for a period of time after to support any follow-up needs. I also led the communications, email marketing, social media marketing, and local marketing to inform existing patients and community members of the emergency service.
