Website redesign & content creation, print and digital marketing, social media marketing, newsletters, client intake forms and proposals, process improvements, & executive support.

I had the pleasure of working as a freelance marketer for Anat Sagi at Mosaic Table, a Rhode Island small business entrepreneur who provides event catering, prepared meals & private chef services. I completed a comprehensive range of projects designed to enhance brand presence, streamline operations, and improve overall communications and marketing to drive new business and encourage customer loyalty. My work included conducting a thorough brand review to assess and refine Mosaic Table’s identity and developing and supporting operational strategies to improve internal processes and efficiency.

I also redesigned key client intake forms and proposals for events and catering sales and optimized workflows for smoother operations. In addition, I played a hands-on role in creating print and digital marketing assets (including menus and social media campaign art) for various events, as well as designing advertising collateral that aligned with the updated brand image and voice.

As part of the digital revamp, I led the redesign of the Mosaic Table website on Square, ensuring it was both visually appealing and user-friendly. I also managed the email newsletter design, writing, and publication, creating a consistent voice and strategy to ensure engaging and timely communication with Mosaic Table’s growing audience.

Beyond creative projects, I supported Anat with executive and administrative tasks, providing valuable organizational assistance to keep operations running smoothly. My work aimed to foster both strategic growth and operational efficiency, contributing to the company’s continued success, including recognition with a “Best of Rhode Island Award” in 2023.
